The Bria iPad Edition was declared a winner by the judging panel and ‘Users’ Choice’ pick in the iPad ‘Social’ category.
Run by the TabTimes, a media outlet exclusively covering news and trends in the tablet industry, the Tabby Awards recognize the best tablet applications worldwide. An international panel of independent judges – including more than 25 app developers and mobile experts – selected the winning apps from submissions worldwide, while the Users Choice awards were based on over 100,000 votes received. According to the Tabby Awards website, the independent judges were encouraged to consider multiple criteria when casting their votes, including: value for user, speed, concept, navigation, design, innovation, ease of use, use of tablet device functions and performance. Winners were announced earlier today by the TabTimes.
