Deutsche Telefon Standard AG Announces Strategic Partnership with CounterPath

German Centrex specialist and leading softphone producer strengthen cooperation Plug and play integration of softphone in virtual PBX from Deutsche Telefon Standard AG (DTSt.) Enormous savings for mobile users

Mainz, Germany — March 31, 2009 — Deutsche Telefon Standard AG (DTSt.) today announced it has entered into a strategic partnership with CounterPath Corporation (TSX-V: CCV, OTCBB: CPAH), a leading provider of desktop and mobile VoIP software products and solutions, to bring an integrated softphone and virtual PBX offering to market in Germany. The parties will deepen the integration of their products and work more closely together in marketing and sales in Germany.
