Introduction to Bria Stretto

This user guide describes how to use and configure Bria Stretto. Bria Stretto is a softphone from CounterPath that enables you to make VoIP voice and video calls, send and receive instant messages, share online status (presence) information, exchange files, and share your screen.

This user guide is intended for end users in an enterprise or subscribers of a service provider who has deployed Bria Stretto.

Microsoft .Net 4.6.2 is a prerequisite for Windows MSI install.

Bria Stretto supports Windows-based 2-in-1 laptops so you can enjoy using Bria Stretto in both desktop mode and tablet mode. Make sure you enable Settings > Devices > Typing > Touch Keyboard and select Show the touch keyboard when not in tablet mode and There’s no keyboard attached.
