Jim has more than 25 years of professional experience in sales leadership, product management, marketing and operations. Jim has managed acquisition integration programs as both the acquirer and the acquired (11 years in Asia, two years in India and two years in Brazil). He truly enjoys helping individuals and teams accomplish goals they never felt or believed possible. Jim’s results-driven sales leadership philosophy is, “while the difficult takes time, the impossible just takes a little longer”.
Jim currently resides on the board of a tech company he co-founded in Brazil in 2004. While not jumping through hoops for Todd and Donovan, he focuses on his two daughters and enjoys playing as much golf as possible.
