Situation
As an organization whose mission it is to provide high quality and desk free voice service, this provided the impetus to find a replacement UC (Unified Communications) provider. Monster VoIP selected Bria Enterprise for it’s ability to integrate into their existing telephony infrastructure, reputation for high quality, and interoperability with Netsapien’s hosted PBX SNAP solution as well as iPhone and Android for mobile devices.
