Overview
Quick Conference (QC) is a simple, flexible and scalable meet-me audio conferencing solution for small, medium or large-sized businesses. QC offers a cost-effective, premises-based alternative to hosted conferencing services — encouraging businesses to conduct more conferences and take advantage of increased collaboration opportunities among employees, customers and partners. QC can also be deployed as a managed or hosted service, residing both inside and outside the enterprise network.

- Feature Rich - Quick Conference offers a wide range of audio conferencing capabilities normally associated with high-end audio conferencing solutions and hosted services, including: moderator and administrator web dashboard (for conference control and bridge creation), customizable music on hold, bridge security features, loudest speaker display, dial-out capability, high-definition recording, scheduling and reporting.
- Simple - QC is as easy to access as dialing an extension — all you need is a telephone number, and a conference ID to create or participate in a conference call. QC encourages greater conferencing use and promotes team productivity and decision making.
- Rapid Setup and Management - Reservation-less, SIP-based conferences can accommodate a meeting of a dozen participants in a matter of seconds. On-demand bridges are dynamically created, while reserved bridges only take a minute to configure via telephone or our intuitive web interface. QC does not need to be setup in advance or limited to specific individuals.

QC offers flexibile deployment options and be located on-premisis, or offsite by a managed Service Provider.
- Secure and Scalable - QC offers a range of security features to ensure that the privacy and integrity of a conference call is maintained at all times — including (Optional) System Access Code, Bridge Reservation PIN, Participant PIN and conference locking capability. QC cost-effectively scales from 10 to 200+ ports.
